Very expensive and not any better quality than there competitors not worth the price and look at there reply below I asked for them to email the price of the part what they fitted and they failed to do so. Also they failed to mention we have only had there machine for around 6 to 8 months and it broke despite light use.
Also when I mentioned them being expensive I was referring to the price of their coffee and ingredients take my advice and shop round you will find the same quality far cheaper if you shop around

I had a cappuccino at Audley house Birmingham, their supplier is Heavenly coffee, I ordered 4 bags of 227grams of coffee beans, but because they had a packaging problem, they sent me 4 bags of 500grams at no extra cost.
This is the second time I have dealt with them. I must say their customer service is 2nd to none,they set an example for every other company to follow. So we now have Heavenly coffee with Heavenly customer service. 😇 😇

We had a couple of lattes from a great cafe near a dog walking area in Worksop. They coffee was fantastic so when we asked the brand they informed us it was from Heavenly Coffee. Turns out they operate a mile away from where i live. One call later we have 3 bags and are stocked up for Christmas. It would be remiss of me to mention the great customer service i had both on the phone and on collection. The polite and very helpful lady made sure i had the same flavour as they sold to the cafe. Got a feeling i will be going back 😁

We have bought coffee for home use from heavenly for 4 or 5 years now, it really is lovely coffee with varieties to suite all tastes and occasions. I usually pop down to the premises as I live nearby and get a warm welcome and often a cup of coffee as well. They are really nice people who love and know coffee. Take a look at their web site and treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed, very good coffee and sensible prices.
