Always a great place for a collection. Give ref no. over the intercom. They’ll direct you to a bay. Hang keys on chain. They’ll put your paperwork on the last pallet. Friendly staff. Plenty of space. Really clean toilets.

Booked for 4 am stared loading 6:15 over all 3,5 hrs on site this week similar story last week
Booked for 4 am and spend over 4 hrs there waiting to be loaded.

For delivery or collect day time staff are very slow you been sitting on a bay for 3h to 5h and they couldn't care less. The night time staff are completely different they get u loaded or unloaded in 30mins tops

Happy bunch of lads on the Bay, in through security gate, press button speak to office give reference number and in, straight on to bay, put key's on chain, paperwork to the lad's who will sign, job done.

well what can i say,all lads supervisors great when there not overloaded with work.for me average working week was 70/80 hours.at end of week i was walking out on my knees. flt driver.2017 get them wagons out WIGGY

Lovely staff there but i hate wasting 1h30min/2h30min on bay just to get unloaded but they can unload full load in 15mins as they have done. ( Not blaming staff ) as they are hard working 🙂
