This place doesn’t resemble the pictures, thought OK something may have happened. Carried on anyway. Should’ve walked away. Had the toughest, driest, hardest sausage roll of my life, took a bite, spat it out and chucked it in a bin. Don’t know what happened to the look of the place, but that aside any bakery serving up the tat that I ate today is bang out of order. Would avoid next time.

We were camping locally and always pop in to the Little Bakehouse when we can. It never disappoints, the bread is always delicious and the lardy cake is superb. This time we had a beef pasty for lunch and it was really tasty, a proper pasty with good meat and veg balance and lovely pastry. We also purchased a pork pie as it looked so nice and I have to say that it was the nicest one I have had in a very long time. Keep up the great work!

available from Phil at the Bradford-on-Avon market, Thursday mornings. Simply the best sourdough wholemeal bread around, fantastic vegan pasties, and the meat pies to live off (for meat eaters). All good value. Highly recommend.
