Thanks so much to MBC. My freehub failed on The Ridgeway and I turned up an hour before closing. They didn't have the part but cannibalised another and repaired the wheel. Really helpful, friendly service, beyond expectations and a very reasonable price too. This is how all local bike shops should be! Thanks again, first class and highly recommended. I'd have been stranded without their help.

Arrived at 5pm at the Malborough bike Company by taxi with a wrecked Mech hangar and an unridable bike whilst cycling the King Alfred Way . The service was fantastic . I was sent to a cafe round the corner whilst my bike was fixed . The guys stayed on late and I was sorted by 6pm and ready to resume our journey first thing the next morning . Amazing service thank you !

Booked my full suspension mountain bike (which hadn’t been ridden for a few years) in for an assessment. The team were quick in letting me know what was required to get it back to a good state with all potential costs detailed. I used the online booking system and booked the bike in for the work, including a full service, shock refurb, pivot bearing, brake rebuild and new cable.

The bike can back looking and riding like NEW. I’m really happy with the whole experience - the Marlborough Bike Co were great to deal with throughout and are extremely knowledgeable. Great value also!

I contacted the shop on Monday to get my rear wheel/hub booked in for servicing on Thursday. John and the staff were extremely professional and knowledgeable.

He even managed to have it sorted by Monday afternoon which was a lovely surprise. The pricing was extremely fair too. The shop is also easily accessible from the high street's parking.

Just had my Brompton serviced there - previously they've done my tourer, my winter road bike and my tatty old hybrid. They're always clear about what needs doing and what it will cost, they're quick, and each bike has worked beautifully afterwards. I did an 850-mile ride down the Rhine on the tourer after the service and had no mechanical troubles at all. Thoroughly recommended.
