We ordered an item to be delivered to us in France. The item was late and I put a comment on Amazon UK. The very next day I received a phone call from The Metal Foundry who explained that the French courrier company were expressing difficulties in delivering the item. Arran @ The Metal Foundry supplied reference numbers and contact details for the courriers and we received the shipment the next morning. Arran @ The Metal Foundry was pleasant and helpful on every occasion I phoned for updates and was invested to ensure we received our item ( a sundial for a 40th Anniversary gift) which we are very happy with. 5⭐️ I would highly recommend The Metal Foundry.

Beautifully crafted products and super service. Ordered in UK for delivery to Spain, arrived in 3 days and shipping cost was minimal 2.95 i think! My friends are absolutely delighted with their Golden Anniversary Sun Dial and stand. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this company.

The Metal Foundry sundial is an absolutely wonderful piece of craftsmanship and a unique present for a landmark occasion. Whether buying for a spouse, or friends or family, it is not easy to find a special gift, particularly when the couple have been married for a long time so probably have everything they want, need or can find space for. The quality of customer service was also second to none. I bought the 10 inch sundial for my wife for our Ruby Wedding Anniversary and she described it as “fabulous”. She is a wonderful woman and not prone to exaggeration so this is praise indeed!

What an "A Star" company.
Ordered a Sun Dial for a 30th Birthday.
There was some adjustment required on the wording which was dealt with easily.
When it arrived it was much better than I imagined and of superior quality.
Would have no hesitation in recommending them for a very special gift.
