We always stay at the Millstream hotel when visiting my family who live in this area. The staff is delightful and very helpful. This time we booked a room in the cottage in the garden. We enjoyed the extra space as there was a sitting room as well as the bedroom and bathroom. The staff graciously took all of our luggage over. The room was well equipped and there was water, milk and orange juice in the fridge. We dined with family, so our only meal was breakfast which has a small buffet but also many hot dishes you can order.|One of our favorite things about staying here, is taking the short walk down to the sea!

This boutique hotel was the standout accommodation from our two months UK and Europe tour. We stayed three nights in a delightful garden room which was very private and spacious with a fantastic modern bathroom with all the amenities one might wish for. The hotel is charming with incredible beautifully furnished public areas including a lovely beer garden next to the stream and two fantastic restaurants where you can relax and feel inclined to dress up for the special dining occasion. We ate like King and Queen both at breakfast and dinner on each of our three nights enjoying the finest fayre that we experienced in the UK....what a chef they have!. The staff are friendly and attentive and we enjoyed many a laugh with Archie, our 'go-to' bar tender et al. Spacious car parking and superb location in the charming village of Bosham with its historic church and harbour areas....a true delight. We had the pleasure of meeting many of the hotels loyal patrons who all had fabulous stories to tell about frequenting this establishment over many many years. This really is a charming hotel that is run with impeccable standards and is an absolute delight to have stayed at.

We absolutely loved staying at the Millstream Hotel, our first visit. Delicious food in both restaurants with a great choice of menus. Staff were friendly and efficient especially Bob on reception who gave us a warm welcome. Other staff who deserve a medal for their excellent customer service were Archie, Luna and Grace! Nothing was too much trouble.||Our superior room was immaculate and offered everything you would expect from a top quality hotel. There were some nice touches such as complimentary fresh milk, orange juice, tea/coffee, nibbles and biscuits. The King size bed was super comfortable with crispy white cotton bedclothes. Also quiet at night. ||Our en-suite bathroom was newly refurbished. It was spotlessly clean, with a superb shower (easy to turn on and off!) and Molten Brown toiletries. The hotel location is great too. Just 5 minutes walk to the village with its interesting medieval church and beautiful river creek where you can amble around and enjoy seeing a variety of wildlife.||Thanks to all the staff who made our 4 night stay so memorable. We'll definitely be back.

The hotel looks nice when you drive in and doesn’t disappoint once inside. We had room 14A which has a dual aspect and views over the garden. Been coming here for quite a few years and maybe it’s time they renewed the bathroom.|Both restaurants offer good food and service, and breakfast is way up there among the best. Nice that they haven’t joined the “Spa” brigade.|Bosham is fairly quiet and pretty with lovely walks round the hard. Emsworth and West Dean are both a short drive away.

A warm welcome and friendly atmosphere nothing is too much for team Millstream. 10/10. The food is exceptional including the bar menu where the sandwiches are fully loaded and served with a salad garnish and crisps and the coffee is served with homemade shortbread. Old fashioned values. A rare find!

We dropped in for an afternoon tea. |One Waitress was very busy trying to serve everyone.|Scones were nice and they had been warmed up . Earl Grey tea arrived very over brewed and my hot chocolate was too strong to drink . I normally like a strong hot chocolate but this was so strong that I asked for some milk to dilute it . I was given some milk but it was still to strong. I only drank a quarter of the drink. I should have asked for a refund ( drinks are about £5) and maybe I was half expecting that theyvwould have done this anyway. |Overall my experience was not great but my friends did enjoy their experience

We had planned to stay at this hotel for some time but were delayed by lockdown and other things, it was worth the wait! From the time that we arrived everything was first class, friendly attentive staff, excellent accomodation, quality dining, every attention to detail to make our stay wonderful. We stayed for a week and already look forward to returning. This rates as one of the best hotels we know.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel which was perfect for a weekend stay. it's in the right location to explore the area and take the circular walk around the six harbour villages. The staff at the hotel are lovely and really make you feel welcome and we enjoyed having dinner both nights in the two restaurants. The bar area is also lovely and great for a cup of tea or a pre or post dinner cocktail. Our room was lovely with some nice features that I know some people would appreciate, like a guide light for the toilet if you need to get up in the night.
