Being locals, we go here quite often as the meat is top class and there's a huge veggie selection. They have a fabulous range of plants. Friendly, helpful service to boot. Highly recommended.

What an amazing selection of produce, it is great to see a supplier who prioritises quality and let’s the produce sell itself. Definitely will be dropping in when we are passing. Sad to read reviews of people complaining about the price. Comparing the price of produce in this shop to the supermarkets produce prices is not a fair comparison. You get what you pay for.

this is the best little market !!! the owner Tony is so enthusiastic about all the produce and will give you tips on how to cook stuff he sells. the fish is fab as is the meat from the best butcher!! the veg is second to none with really unusual produce .its nice to wander around and see whats new!! also lovely wines. well done Tony and his lovely wife Sue for putting up with his passion for food xxx haha

THE best source of beautiful produce in all of Cornwall. Hand selected fruit and vegetables, meat and fish. It is not a surprise that top chefs and foodies shop at The Old Market. There is nothing like this for miles around. Feast nights are unbelievable, especially the lobster feasts! There is also a beer fest which brings in small local breweries and their offerings. Chacewater is indeed lucky to have such an amazing establishment.
