We ordered moving boxes for our move out and they did such an incredible job! The company was super communicative once I booked, with reminders and clear details into costs and their team was incredibly sweet, detailed and patient with my endless questions. Boxes quality was sturdy and biodegradable as well. Wish we weren't moving out of the country because I would absolutely book my moving boxes with the packaging boxes again!

Super impressed with the team here. Quick responses in terms of designing the perfect packaging I needed, free mock ups to see what I would be getting beforehand, really quick printing and cutting times and then my stuff arrived the day after I was told it was sent out which is fantastic. The quality is beautiful and I am so happy with how it turned out. Will definitely be back for more! could not recommend enough.

Avoid working with the Packging Company Boxes by all means. We've originally contracted them to procure packaging boxes for a number of top-shelf products, yet they've simply lacked proficiency all the way, charged extra, wouldn't supply the agreed products and wouldn't give you your money back.

Firstly, they have little to no respect to agreed delivery dates, where our products have been delayed by months and months. Then, they would send the wrong samples, blame it on their producer (they're just a broker) and would promise that you will receive the correct products eventually - which we never did.

Thereafter, they've sent us the wrong products (wrong box sizes, misconfigured labels that had to be applied by hand instead of the agreed rolls, bad adhesion on the stickers, wrong presentation…etc). We had to pay extra to receive the correct ones given the rather limited time we had, and again, they would send us wrong boxes that are no match to the agreed proofs.

Eventually, they wouldn't address the problem, and they simply went in cognito.

We're taking the necessary legal action, but I wanted to warn those of you who might get scammed.

At first I thought they did a good job but after going through the boxes I realised the quality was very poor. A lot of boxes were dirty and had hairs in them. The boxes material felt cheap and nasty. Contacted them about this and they just ignored me. Would highly recommend you avoid purchasing from this company. GO to a professional company who will actually deliver a quality product.
