I won't be using the range click and Collect any more as it was to much grief 4 times they called for assistance then the code machine was forgotten so had to go back and get it,also it was the 2nd time my partner went as he don't have the internet I ordered on my phone he had the order number, code number, but they wouldn't give it to him without the barcode it was only birdseed suet peanuts it's a ridiculous way to collect not everyone has internet so I won't be bothering again.

Never going there again
I was walking to the pet bit and whilst walking I literally cut open my hand . You mayb asking wbat I cut my hand on well there was a broken tray just shuved in a pile and I didn't even see it was there coz why would I look out for things like that you would thing it would be tidy but no wwnt to the manager she didn't care to be honest . She didn't even know who the first airer was I carnt believe it now my hand it swollen don't recommend going here

I actually wish to thank the staff at the clacton store for the rapid response I received after I collapsed, 2 members of staff and a customer were very helpful and assisted me right up untill the paramedics arrived and carted me off to hospital so a big thanks to all staff and the customer that came to my aid ☺️ God bless ?

I went into the clacton store to exchange a couple of items as I could not find the receipt. I was buying more than exchanging so thought it was OK. An older female member of till staff made a big deal of it being very negative and unhelpful. She called the manager and he was exactly the same. There was absolutely no customer service. I left the store and all my shopping and have not been back.

The garden center area of this shop can only be described as appalling. Dead and dying plants litter the area. Piles of rubbish can be seen everywhere on the shop floor in garden/ pet area. I would recommend staying well clear of the main shop as in warm to hot weather is extremely hot

Always a great choice of homewares, garden furniture, pet food, plants, make-up, lighting, birthday, christening, wedding accessories and much more. You can also shop in Iceland whilst here. Fantastic
