They have wrong prices on display so when you take it to the till, they charge you more, sometimes even twice more. When you tell them about it, they go and check the price and then tell you sorry they can't reduce the price.
Today was probably 10th time this has happend to me. For example they were charging me 9.99 for a 5.99 display price.

Amazing experience today with George and Reece. We were struggling with a unit we bought. The boys were there with tools in hand and helped us figure out how to put the pieces in our car. Tetris wizards. 5 star service. We couldn't be more thankful. Cheers lads

Waited 20 minutes for someone to help on the cutting desk had to ask customer service twice to get someone to come and help and no one arrived. One member of staff said “well I can’t do it” rude.

I don't normally feel the need to complain but not sure how I let the store know how scruffy it looks. I was shocked at how dirty this shop fllwas. The floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months, the lift had food and rubbish in all the corners. Again looked like it had been there a while. Also the toilet facilities were the worst I've ever seen. The male and female toilets were out of order so used the disabled but as there was no paper popped into the ladies to get a roll and was overwhelmed with the stench. Dirty walls and floor, no toilet seats. The disabled facilities were usable but not clean. The shop wasn't over busy and I know they were putting away Christmas stock but this dirt was more than a few days worth. I think I'll stick to the Eccles store from now on.

Easily the worst "The Range" I've been to. Floors are dirty, boxes on the floor in the aisles, lots of things without prices, things on the wrong shelves, just a generally scruffy store. So bad that I left without buying anything.

Good for buying of course, but the place is a complete wreck, filthy and if you ever used the toilets also, you will agree that they need refurbing badly. But temporary measures needing a cleaner in the whole store.

If I could leave minus stars I would . I went in today to buy a Christmas tree.The whole experience was so stressful ,absolutely awful. They had a tree on display that was lovely but it was very misleading as the price placard was turned around and hidden under the tree out of view . There was another price placard and boxes of trees right next it . I asked a staff member ,that i had had to chase around the store as there were lots of customer but no staff. I was told it was definitely that tree but it absolutely wasn't. Good job I noticed that one of the boxes were open and it indeed was a totally different tree nothing like the one on display. I dont drive so it would have been very difficult for me to return the tree. My brother was looking to purchase an item and also tried to find a member of staff to assist his enquiry, but to no avail. I also noticed other stressed and angry customers looking for none existent staff members. When we got downstairs to the tills there was one poor lady on the customer service desk .She was having to be the customer service person, cut keys and also serve customers, The queue was around the shop . The poor staff member was clearly stressed and the customers including myself were very unhappy stressed and angry with the time waiting to be served. Eventually another staff member did come on the tills but there were definitely no where near enough staff members. I felt incredibly sorry for the few members of staff that they actually had. It was a really awful experience. You can't successfully run a business and deliver good customer servuce with the ratio of customers to staff members I witnessed today. Do better the range and get more staff.

Great selection of homeware, craft goods and toiletries & beauty good at reasonable prices. They were stocking up with a good selection of garden furniture when I was there so will be back to see.
