Wheel chair access is diabolical, the aisles they do have are so cluttered and awkward and the staff have nave total disregard to this.

I’m not a reviewer but I feel compelled to review after the most exceptional service I received today! The store itself could be better but the staff surpass that! When I got to checkout the chap in the Christmas jumper (I’m sorry I wish I got your name) was the best cashier I have ever come across. He picked up on my big purchase and asked a colleague to get me a trolley to get everything back to my car and the chap even offered to take it for me. I couldn’t let him. I over purchased and later in the day I brought back two pieces I didn’t need. The same extremely fantastic cashier served me and was so pleasant, he thanked me for our service as part of the NHS and I left with the biggest smile on my face and service as such should be celebrated! I even called my partner to tell him about it straight after 👍🏼

It's a good shop to have in Dorch but only if you don't use a pram, wheelchair or any other mobility aid. The aisles are all very cluttered and it is difficult to navigate any of the corners when turning etc. You will also be expected to remove items that are in your way yourself when navigating the store. Overall it is a very disappointing, irritating and unsafe shopping experience here.

I bought my dog a dog cake for her birthday and I went to give it to her. I just by luck saw maggots in the case before I opened it there was more than one. And I even saw some dead on the case of the cake. I’m literally disgusted at this and lucky that I saw it before I gave it to her!!! Bloody disgusting.

This is one of the most untidy stores I have been into. Moving around the store is impossible as the main central aisle is full of metal cages with stock in, and no room to walk without getting in someone's way. It would be impossible for a shopper in a wheelchair or with other walking aid. This is really unfair and discriminatory.
Alot of items are not priced either so people will rather put something back than be embarrassed at not
being able to afford it at the till.
I love The Range, but the store manager needs to prioritise serving the customers and not constantly putting stock out. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful but when there is only one checkout open it is frustrating and time wasting for the customers and demoralising for the person on the checkout.

I went in to buy some batteries. After an initial look round, I couldn't see any. Range staff are as rare as hen's teeth. Eventually I found one, who pointed me in the right direction and after a few false turns I found them. I bought twice the ones I needed, because they were very well priced and I hope to avoid going back for a while.

Huge choice of selection but the storage area flooded meaning the stock was taking up isles like toy and stationary. Try not to go when raining! 😉
