They are short of staff and help was not available when we wanted to buy sofas there, we had to come back next day and we still had to wait long time before we had help. But the customer service was excellent. I am a very patient person, so I understand the pressure the staff has with being understaffed. But not everyone is like me, so I guess they lose a lot of customers who don't want to wait that long. So my advice to Range is, make sure you have enough staff, customers are important, a happy customer will come back, so you make more money. It's a chain reaction. It's a no brainer.

I visited several stores, including TK Maxx, Asda, Sainsbury's, and B&Q, but one store stood out to me. They offer high-quality products at affordable prices. With the Christmas season in full swing, they have a wide selection of Christmas decorations available.

On the positive side, the store provides excellent value for money, and it's easy to locate the items you need. However, one drawback I noticed is that some products don't have their prices displayed on the shelves.

On the plus side it had a large amount of Christmas bits unlike Asda Living, the downside was the curtains and throws we wanted were only on line BUT easy to order, free quick delivery and lovely.

This shop has nice things in, but like most B&Ms they are cheap and tend to fall apart, the rabbit section the rabbit chews are broken eight out of ten times and when they are in, pets at home and jollies are cheaper, and when they have their deals even more so, use if you have no other means.

Pretty messy shop not everything has prices on couldn't find displayed Christmas lights I wanted to buy neither could the staff but if you can get it they do sell some good stuff the range at chatham dockside is much better

Just love the range, I usually think I have expensive tastes, but I go in here and buy great things at very reasonable prices. Recent purchases, two huge pictures, a full length mirror with a bevelled mirror'd border and a mosaic bistro set for the garden. Really impressed.
