Great prices but this store looks like a dump. Stock in the aisles as the warehouse is obviously not big enough. A major H&S issue for customers. Prices are always missing so you have to guess, ask someone or look it up on the website.

A large store - which stocks mainly homeware items, but also has a small selection of what appears to be Iceland /Food Warehouse food. It is very reasonably priced, and is comparable to a B&M or Home Bargains. A nice selection of Christmas decorations when we visited.

What seems an unfortunate business falling into disarray. Not many staff to assist you as 2 people were unpacking crates and other two were on the tills. The store seemed it was a huge waste of opportunity as the isles were cramped, the ceiling showing damp and missing squares. The lift is something out of a horror movie from the 80’s with concern that doors don’t open/close appropriately. It was unfortunately my first and last time going to the range, I had originally went in with excitement to pick up a green house and to mooch about and see what there was. When I got to what was the only greenhouse in store I was met with concern of its condition. As the box was damaged and open I asked if the item could be discounted due to its condition and worry parts were missing. I was told I could put it up myself in store and see that it’s all there which I thinks a bit unreasonable after a 30 mile drive and being my first time in store I was a little disappointed. When home I noticed my concern to be true and all bolts to hold the structure together were missing. I think management needs to look at the outlook of the store with doors that don’t open/close, a trolley den in poor condition and various other issues.

I used to visit the Range branch at Widnes before its closure. It is so amazing to find that there is a bigger shop in the Warrington central area. The shop size is huge with 2 floors. There is also Iceland inside the store. They should be very good partners that provide synergy and additional convenience to the customers. There are different categories of items including household, stationery, bedding, electrical appliances, etc.. I feel specially excited to find Wilko products here again. Nevertheless, it seems that they don't have enough staff. Besides, there is no clear direction about the distribution of different products. Hopefully, the shop management will improve asap

Could’nt give any less, went on Monday, perhaps staff had bad weekend 🥹 checked stock online and they had in stock 5 items of what I wanted. Looked around but couldn’t find asked young man but even though I showed him a picture of what I was looking for he hadn’t a clue. Customer services were as bad if you can’t find it we haven’t got it. I asked her about click and collect but no that will be next day or longer.Left and went to Eccles Store in stock on shelves and staff pleasant and helpful

How are you meant to shop for anything when certain isles are blocked well within opening hours?
I wanted buy something, but I can't because the whole isle cannot be accessed.
Might as well close the business! It's a no brainer!!

The staff here are so miserable and look like they'd rather be anywhere else and the customers are just an inconvenience.

Anything other than a straightforward sale seems to be beyond them.

Prices on the shelf often aren't for the item they're in front of or the price is missing from the shelf completely.

Last time I was here and waiting at customer service a customer was told very abruptly "there's a queue there you can't just come to the front" - queue was for the tills and the customer wanted customer service. There were some other customers returning a very large mirror that was broken and a staff member said to someone who looked like management "its them there, you'll have to deal with that because I'm not doing it" in full volume in front of the customers.

Just awful customer service, which can only be down to the management and training of the staff.
