I sought advice from the "technical department" around the manufacture of a component for a prototype medical device. They could not have been less helpful, claiming not to have any expertise in the bonding of silicone, and referred me to one of their competitors! Their website claim that "Working with companies worldwide, we always welcome the opportunity to help solve problems and provide new solutions" could not be further from the truth. A very disappointing experience.
