I wanted to visit a vineyard while traveling the UK, and I found this gem! We came on a weekday afternoon. There was plenty of free parking. We simply walked in and picked what we wanted. They had wine flights, so we opted to try that. The wines were each on the dry side, which was great as I don't like sweet wine. I ended up enjoying a glass after my tasting. We also ordered the cheese tasting, which was very good! They had a nice description of each cheese and how it's made. The owner was very friendly and talked to us a bit about the vineyards' upcoming and the soil the grapes grow in. Its a young vineyard, but they are definitely doing it right. I love quaint vineyards/wineries like this one, and I would highly recommend a visit!

This is a lovely place to visit. It’s still its early years so the vines are young and growing well. We sampled their first pressing and it’s very good indeed.
The staff are lovely; very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the vines and the wines.
The menu is not extensive so you won’t find full English or scones, but enjoying a glass of wine with a “Flight of Cheese” is a unique experience which you must try. The cakes are also good and the coffee is excellent.

A beautiful secluded spot outside of Ketton. Gorgeous views and wildlife abound as you wander around the short nature trail surrounding the vines. A smart café offers coffee and cake, or wine and cheese, depending on your mood. The staff were friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to while away an hour. We'll certainly be back when the wine is ready.

We love sponsoring a row of vines & visiting when we’re in Rutland. Despite living far away, the owners keep us in the loop - their communication is excellent. The vineyard is beautiful & the Barn for coffee, wine & food is so welcoming. It’s a gem.

This vineyard tour was bought for my best friend on a 'special' birthday date. It was a surprise and she went along with her husband and had a wonderful time, so much so that she has returned to help with the harvesting of the white, and later on, the red grapes ! She said the owners were so friendly and she also met some lovely people who were doing the tour as well. All in all a 5 star review as my friend says it will stay in her memory (and her wine glass) for many years to come. Thankyou for making her birthday so special.

This was an unexpected gem of a find when staying at nearby Cuckoo campsite. The owners are as pleasant and accommodating as can be, the wine wonderful, the food great and the views are amazing. We were inside on a rainy day but can imagine it being glorious outside in the sunshine.

Beautiful day picking sunflowers and sampling a flight of wines produced at the vineyard. Just like being in Charente!
