Arranged a delivery from DFS today, they use these cowboys mores the pity. Despite my wife being in, she is retired and so always at home, and having 2 doorbells they failed the delivery saying nobody at home. They also claim they called my phone, but surprisingly I have no missed calls. I assume the driver wanted to finish early and so thought he'd pull a fast one. Problem is I've worked in the courier industry for 33 years and I know all the scams.
Just hope the reattempt is better.

A 10/10 delivery company. Alex and his team were very professional throughout the whole process. Ensuring everything was delivered and assembled with care and on time. I appreciated the phone call with an estimated time of arrival. Gave me time to get my pets shut away and everything ready. Very highly recommended.

Blocking one way systems are not ideal and also not ideal to stand there arguing when you guys are in the wrong. Not sure who the delivery guy was with glasses but need to go back and learn manners.

You delivered to our neighbour completely blocking access to my property. Once Your delivery was completed your men sat in the truck with the engine running, we could not hear our tv so politely asked him how long he would be. He the started reviving the engine numerous times.

Just container unload here. After 10 your good to go. The guys will unload you as soon as they can if there is room and youre 4 hours early if they can your in and done.
