Very pleased with the sofas and great communication and delivery. Slight issue with collecting one of our old sofa's but sorted out the following day and wasn't the driver's fault. Follow up courtesy call after delivery was a nice touch. Would order again

Extremely pleased with the purchase. We spent a lot of time reading reviews, checking sources and making sure that The Sofa Shop were legit as ordering online sight unseen can be a bit of a roulette. I'm happy to say that they are! Extremely good customer support and friendly delivery drivers who took great care to check they didn't hit any walls and then set up the chairs for us in record time.

The chairs themselves? Possibly the greatest thing I've ever purchased. Worth every penny. They're just amazing. Full back support, solid, high quality construction. The cooled cup-holders are a bit of a gimmick but hey, the chair itself is the important bit and they absolutely are exactly what we ordered and I couldn't be happier. Will be back to order more once the bank account has recovered.

Having just received the delivery of our Sofas from Sofa Shop inc.
we are very impressed with the quality of said goods and indeed by the service with received. We were kept informed throughout from order to delivery by phone text and email!! We were given date and time slot for delivery. On day of delivery Driver called to let us know that he would be with us within 45 minutes and that was well before designated time slot so pleased we were not waiting around!! Delivery men were very quick and efficient removing old suite and setting up new ,removing all packaging in the space of half an hour!! we are very pleased with the quality of our new suite and have nothing but praise for all concerned with our order and delivery!!! We highly recommend this company and would definitely purchase from them again!!

My husband had ordered the sofa on line after we had visited the shop, the online assistant was very helpful due to use living in a flat we measured all doors to ensure the sofa would fit. On the day of delivery I received a phone call with all the information I needed to know, then around 30mins before they arrived I got another call. A little over an hour later the sofa was all set up and the old one and all the packaging gone, the 3 delivery men were very good and did a great job. We have a lovely sofa at a great price and delivery was quick. Very happy thank you sofa shop.

I received my cinema style sofas this Morning and I'm very pleased, from the easy online order to the delivery guys who were fantastic and placed the huge boxes in my room of choice, they were super friendly and very helpful. I opted to assemble them myself, the instructions were super easy to follow. I was worried about buying sofas on line without seeing them first but after looking at reviews and comparing prices, I decided to order the Sortino two and three seater leather recliner set. The quality is outstanding and the ease of doing the transaction is first class. I started on line chat and then ordered by phone to be absolutely sure. This was so easy and they were knowledgeable and helpful to be sure I was happy without ever being pushy. Delivery was very quick and even though it was a tight squeeze to get in, everything went like clockwork. I knew the delivery date and on the day could track the time too. A little problem with them taking my old ones away but that was quickly sorted. We were in the middle of a storm which did not help !
The sofas are outstanding quality. Very sturdy and solid but also comfortable. I estimate that I saved at least
half the price of other shops looking at similar
products.
