Brilliant service from The Source. My parcel didn’t arrive due to Evri and I was able to quickly get hold of an actual person (Dan) without a lengthy wait (or wasting time on an online chat) who sorted it out so quickly. It arrived by Royal Mail in time for Christmas.

My daughter purchased a golf ball stamper for my birthday. Unable to insert lettering and the ink went everywhere. Bearing in mind it is for marking golf balls I was very surprised that the ink washed off my hands. It wouldn't have stayed on a golf ball long. Emailed them to complain NO RESPONSE. Useless product and rubbish aftersales.

Dreadful. Almost impossible to contact, but even after a bit of detective work and speaking to several people, they have little knowledge of their product, and worse still, no interest in rectifying faulty items. All I wanted was a small spare part that could have been posted, and I was prepared to pay for.

A replacement for the whole toy is pointless after spending hours assemblingthe original one, only for it to not be completed due to one broken plastic component.

Customer service score 0. After speaking to their CEO I can see that is instilled in the business from the top.

If you want a disappointed young child, then this is an ideal business to buy from.

Got a present of their 12 in 1 Solar & Hydraulic Construction Kit. However, when I try it, the solar motor just creates a whining sound unless given a push. Checked their site for a support number, email or even a consumer forum and they say direct any complaints to the vendor. Which is ridiculous as many people might not know who the vendor is and besides I doubt a toy shop knows how a solar-powered motor works.
