We are delighted with our new staircase from Cheshire Stairs, Tom was professional, informative from the start offering advice and a competitive quote.

The fitters were brilliant, we were on holiday when the staircase was fitted, the cleaned up every evening, with it being Jubilee week the glass wasn't ready so they made the staircase safe and then arranged to attend the following week to complete the job.

Not sure of the fitters name but he was from New Zealand, what a lovely guy, first class workmanship and really pleasant to have in my home.

The end result was a beautiful staircase that has made such a huge positive difference to that area of our house.

I cannot recommend Cheshire Stairs enough, Tom kept us appraised at every stage even though he was abroad on his holidays, his workmen are brilliant, I would have not hesitation in using them again.

Tom was reasonably priced compared to others we tried and was one of the few who came to the house to see the job first. He started on time and we were happy to leave him in our home to work. Tom's work is extremely high quality with excellent attention to detail. He responded to any questions we had the same day, made alterations on request without question and even did some extras whilst on the job such as filling two stairs and strengthening underneath. We are delighted with our new staircase and would not hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone looking to refurb their current stairs. Thanks again.

We were extremely pleased with the replacement staircase that Tom and his team fitted in November, so pleased in fact that we asked if they could supply and fit some new doors. All the work was carried to the highest standard and once again we are delighted with the outcome. They were very tidy, considerate and communication was excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending them.
