Their drivers are thiefs. They take money and pocket some and report back to their office that the sum was not paid.

Can't trust them even after speaking to their seniors and director, they did not resolve the issue. Especially, I was a regular customer for years and had a good relationship with them. They did not try to resolve the issue at all. Disappointing!

First time working in SE London and came across The Steel Team. What a company. Enquiry and all subsequent communication dealt with swiftly and professionally. Very competitively priced. Professional drawings and specifications despite numerous alterations from myself and prompt delivery from a helpful delivery driver. Can’t praise them enough. Only wish they were local to my normal working area of North Hampshire.

We have just used The Steel Team for the steels in our extension and from start to finish we received incredible service. Our steels we’re prepared no time at all and have just been delivered. The delivery driver was fantastic, very calm for a nervous client (me!) and so professional. We had several very large steels delivered in no time at all! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We were recommended The Steel Team for our first renovation project by a friend who had just used them for their home.
The steels that were required were complicated, but Peter Clarke dealt with our order and made the process as stress free as possible.
Peter spent a long time with us advising the best options that would also be as cost effective as possible. An on site survey was arranged for accuracy prior to installation. The steels were dispatched with an incredibly quick turnaround and arrived as scheduled.
The service and experience was first class and the steels are now hidden discreetly in the ceilings.
We would not hesitate to recommend or use The Steel Team again.
