5 star service from start to finish. Nicola was a great source of information when I was choosing my stove and Mark and his team did a great job with the installation. They turned up on time, worked cleanly and completed the job in less than a day. If you are thinking of buying a log burner, I would recommend the Stove Room without hesitation!!!

Mark and the team at the Stove Room are brilliant! They completed our installation in two days. They worked so hard and without creating any mess. They took away all the bricks and rubble and left our room with a fantastic log burner. They made sure that the burner was safely installed and that it functioned perfectly before they left. Their dedication to excellent service was really clear to us. We couldn’t be more pleased. I recommend the stove room to anyone considering an installation. I rarely leave a review about anything. Nicola was very welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Gave me great advice about the type of log burner I could have. Discussed my options and concerns. I really loved the Parkray stove as it has a stunning huge glass display.
Mark came to survey the house and he discussed the installation process, emailed me a quote the same night. The stove was installed by a two man team both were very punctual and polite carried out a thorough job. Couldn't be more happy with the neat work.
The stove has been a great added feature to my living room which is much warmer than before.

I struggled to find a company who could supply the stove (Clearview Pioneer 400) and limestone surround I wanted and also be able to carry out the installation, a lot of companies could supply elements, but unable to supply the complete service. Just when I was about to give up a friend recommended the Stove Room and they did an amazing job! Their sales team were extremely knowledgable and the installation team had a great eye for detail, down to how they cut the existing skirting boards flush to the start of the new surround. We've only had the stove for a couple of days and I've already recommended the Stove Room to friends, oh and Roll on winter I'm ready for you!!

The stove room installed our stove in a 2 day time period, very fast service for the amount of work needed! Firstly The stove itself and installation is fantastic. The service we received from initial quotation to final installation has been superb. The lads who came in to do the work were polite, very careful and literally worked non stop from the moment they arrived in the morning, to the time they left in the afternoon. We are very excited and pleased beyond belief with the stove, and keep popping in the front room just to look at it. We were recommended this company by our very kind neighbour (who has two stoves from the stove room already), and will be also recommending the stove room to everyone we know aswell.

If anyone is reading this who are unsure or on the fence about getting a stove and don't know who to go with, I would certainly say go with these guys.

The Stove Room were great from start to finish. The staff in the shop helped us to think about the size of the stove we would need for our living room and were very knowledgeable in talking us through the different options. The Stove Room have just fitted a Contura i5 panoramic with fire surround and what a difference it makes to the room. Mark gave us great advice about the size and design of wood burning stove would be best for the room. Fantastic service in the showroom as well It was fitted to perfection, everything went without a hitch. The only problem was it was fitted in Mid April on the hottest day of the year and I now want some cold weather to try it out.

Mark and his men, Dave and Chris recently fitted two Clearview stoves for my husband and I and we were thrilled with both installations. We initially had concerns about the finishes recommended; however, we now know that these were correct and need not have doubted their judgment.
