Teas came wonderfully wrapped in tissue paper and arrived quickly. Absolutely in love with the quality of these teas and couldn't be happier. My fave so far are the dragon pearls and chia of Madagascar.

I purchased the Irish Breakfast Tea Leaves, but when I opened it I found a bag of powder, like the waste that's used for teabags!!! None of my strainers prevented my cups being filled with this dust! This company offered NO resolution to my problem and I will not use again or recommend.

Wonderful teas, amazing company. Brilliant service, I ordered tea and it was delivered within 48 hours. I’m currently drinking jasmine silver needle (delicate, fragrant and so refreshing). I love that they always pop in another tea sample to try, it’s gradually extending my range and palate. I imagine there are cheaper options but the quality of tea and service I have received is second to none. Many thanks.

I found these guys on line a few years ago whilst looking for an alternative to the high Street beverages purported to be tea. I found it here ! Their black breakfast tea No 1 is the real deal but its not the only thing they're good at. Rarely these days can you find customer service of this quality, l have ordered ( l do every two to three months) a 1 kilo bag on Tuesday and its been in the tea pot on Wednesday !!! It doesn't get better than that.

Tasted the tea at a local spa and just had to buy for myself including the pretty teapot and glass set…the lid refuses to stay on the tea pot thus smashing one of the glasses. Reported immediately with explanation and photos only to be told that the ‘mishap’ was my fault and that they would not replace the single glass. Very disappointing response and now I’m left with half a set and a teapot I’m nervous to use as the seal won’t hold the lid regardless of which way it is fitted. Shameful experience from a boutique style brand.
