I had an order agreed with these guys. On the day I was due to pick up the order, they cancelled, saying that a bigger order had come in and was the priority. This hit my programme of work in my house, I had to cancel other trades. Shame on you. This is no way to treat people. First time I have ever had to leave a bad review on here.

So disappointed with this company. It takes ages to pin them down for a date for the work to be done, then this is postponed again and again. They eventually installed the flooring in my bedrooms but I am still waiting for them to do my landing (yet again, more postponements).
I can't understand why they have such organisational problems. An awful way to treat customers.
