I wouldn't mind but the flat where his business is, is a two-minute walk from my house.

Take absolutely no notice of the turnaround time for t-shirts because it's tosh. I ordered my T-shirt (Order #1246) on the 1st of September for a party on the 12th of September, and it never arrived.

I sent several emails informing him of this, and he assured me it should be here in time, as it was being sent out on the 10th.

Unfortunately, the T-shirt never arrived on the 12th, and I'm still waiting. Considering on the website it stated 8-10 days turnaround.

Trying to help a small local business that delivers terrible service, lesson learnt.

I have used The T-Shirt Bakery several times now for my yoga business and Matt is really helpful and friendly. Very good customer service. I've had leaflets printed and artwork put onto clothing and been extremely pleased with the results and quality. I had a recent urgent leaflet order for an event and Matt dealt with it promptly and swiftly even calling me in the evening to get things done for me. Phenomenal service!!!I rang several companies before I rang Matt from The T-shirt Bakery. Once I spoke to Matt, there was never any other competition. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Not only were his prices very competitive, but Matt offers great advice and explains everything to you. He never got cross with me mithering over little details. I ordered seventy T- shirts with a photo and logo's on them. They are fantastic quality so I seriously couldn't ask for anything more! Good luck in the future Matt. Matt at the T-shirt Bakery has made me 3 bespoke t-shirts so far, and they are really excellent. The shirt quality is good and the vinyl images are sharp, clear and just as I wanted them. Matt is friendly and helpful, and I think the prices are really good value. What's not to like?
