I made an order more than two weeks ago. Never received anything, it is very difficult to contact them as they don't pick up the phone and suggest to contact them by email. I am moving by the end of the week and I still don't get the boxes. Very unprofessional company.

I contacted The Walsall Box Company about making some belly bands for my boxes and they have bent over backwards to accommodate my many differing requirements. I have received the finished items today and not only are they superb but they have also been completed early. Dan was a pleasure to deal with and his customer service was faultless. Highly recommend.

I am the chair of a PTA and needed some boxes to be made and delivered at very short notice for our school and the Walsall Box Company were amazing! This company is fantastic, the best and most patient service I have ever received.........I gave a difficult size of one offs and requested an inconsiderate time completion, which they are completing !........Dan obliged in such a polite and patient way, didn't make me feel the nuisance that I was !!!! I have had previous small orders which again, they did without any moans for small manufacture.

We approached Walsall Box with a reasonably sized enquiry for 5000 boxes, the brief was clear and we made over 5 phone calls to follow up and try to get a response. The so called sales person Dan promised us every day we would get a quote the following morning first thing. This went on since 27th January until 14th February. Still haven’t had the decency to submit a quote.

Intransigent, clearly too busy and couldn’t care less.

Giving British Made a bad name, we got a quote from another company in 48 hours.
