The service was excellent! We rented three bikes, and everything went smoothly. The bikes were in perfect condition, and the staff was amazing—offering assistance and providing all the necessary accessories.

Fantastic coffee and fantastic staff!

Not only does Woods make some of the best coffee (and sells the beans too) with a great selection of sandwiches and snacks (including vegan options) but the staff are amazingly knowledgeable and helpful about both the coffee and bikes.

The shop itself has a great selection of bikes and everything you’d need to go on a ride. The staff are able to answer most questions and are more than willing to give advice.

Finally the maintenance area is again wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and are happy to help with anything, from big issues to small things. In my case they found a replacement bolt for my saddle quickly and without any issue.

Hired an E-mountain bike for the wife for the day. Bike was great and good value.

While getting my bike out of the car without the front wheel on, I managed to pull the brake lever and squeeze my pads out causing rubbing and binding. The guys sorted it out for me and also re aligned my caliper for me.

The staff are what make this place the best spot to rent bikes in the New Forest. I wasn't sure which size bikes we'd need so I called up and they were really kind and helpful over the phone. They also gave me tips on local trails and where to park in town. At the shop, Joe was great getting us all set up and ready to ride. Thanks again!

Probably the best bike shop in the world….
The staff love what they do and this shines through in their customer service.
The shop stocks a great range of the useful to the unusual, all with the aim of getting more people out there and enjoying riding more.
And the cafe is great and an open and friendly hub for the cycling community. Always a pleasure to visit.

We did our first family bike ride-Brockenhurst loop back to Lyndhurst on Saturday. Guy in the hire shop was so very pleasant and kind to my two young boys and us. Bikes were excellent too! Highly recommend
