Amazing shop in skegness, lots of different wool, parking. Had everything you would need however the customer service was horrible. The women that work there a rude and very uninviting. No prices on products so my mum had to go and ask again rude to her. Not helpful at all when asked about products and stock. All the other customer were offered a loytal card apart from us and we did spend over £5. Such a shame as the store is beautiful and we do like to support local businesses but I doubt we will be returning.

I ordered for first time from Wool Factory and I’m very happy, everything arrived fast and all yarns are so beautiful!!! Also one of the colours I ordered was out of stock and they let me know immediately and they gave me options I ask if they can exchange with something similar and they actually send me 200gr, when I had ordered 150g. That’s was so kind from them and they made my day!!! I am definitely going to order again!!! Thank you for everything !!!!

The best place for all kinds of wool from bargains to quality yarns. From cotton to fleece. Bought this pompom yarn to make a sofa blanket. It's to be knitted so I'll have to dig out my needles. I highly recommend this shop if your looking for oddity yarns.
