Karen is possibly the most hardworking, caring, honest, helpful and thoughtful person I’ve ever experienced and especially with the elderly. Ive seen her help them to the bus stops with their heavy bags, arrange home deliveries for them and more than they - she knows the name of everyone and never forgets their children’s names either! A huge asset to this village and an integral part of what makes it tick.
