Delivery guys are perfect, staff in side no problems. The bloke on gatehouse about 13.00 28th Oct. Has a major attitude problem, only asked a question and got told drivers need to keep our mouths shut, he is fed up and can't wait to leave. I definitely wasn't rude or gave any attitude so either bad day or maybe not suited for the job.

Worked for few shifts, some of staff are out an out bully's and make you feel like your an idiot, trust me I'm far from an idiot, gave agency lengthy stayement to which I never had a reply, if i get spoke to like crap, your gonna get it back but they don't like it, worst company I've ever worked for in over 35 years, AVOID

Awful staff, don't know policy and try to flex authority they don't have just to mess drivers around. Complaint raised against warehouse staff who thinks he can swear and lie to drivers because he doesn't know his own job. You could tell his manager won't do anything as they were thick as thieves. Bad look for THG.

NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY,you have been warned,they are shambolic,there customer care is diabolical,items never received,said they dealing with my complaint but never did,phoned the company and was told would call back within hour,you can guess it,they never did,messaged them through the message centre,they said it was being dealt with,you can guess it,they were not dealing with it,all they kept saying was the complaint has been escalated and they will be in contact,yes you guessed it,they were never in contact
This company does not know it’s left arm from its right arm and has no idea of customer care
They couldn’t organise a bun fight in a bakery
Total waste of time even after threatening legal action
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS,YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
