I’ve taken my Corsa here for servicing and MOTs for years. Staff are always lovely and helpful, complimentary coffee and a car wash just makes me keep coming back too. Also a nice waiting area with plugs etc if you need to wait.

Very happy with the process up the the purchase of the car. Sorting the finance and warranty was very easy with the aid or Ranj.

Not so happy that within a month the water pump appears to have failed and I have to wait until April 3rd for a proper diagnosis and repair all though this will be covered by the warranty. I now have a c£500 bill to hire a car in the mean time

The staff here have been amazing. From ringing up to enquire, receiving many brochures, answering questions with regards to availability, what would be more suited. Sales team were very helpful, as for the service team... well all I can say is very very disappointed.
My motability car has been stuck at their workshop for 17 weeks and counting woth with technical problems.
I asked to be kept informed and in the loop with regular updates and or calls.
This hasn't happened and feel very let down by the service advisors, been kept in the dark with no communication to speak of.
Think twice before using Thurlow Nunn, Kimpton Road.
Could do alot better and look after their customers more especially those on the motabilty scheme

My husband and I were greeted at reception by a lovely lady, who offered coffee to us (while we waited for someone from the Mobility team) following a short wait a gentleman named Stan (we only know his first name) came over and took us into his office.. Stan explained everything in a very eloquent and professional way... We were able to choose the type and colour of car that we wanted, and on completion of the paperwork we left.. Our experience was one of the best we have had... Many thanks to Stan..

A huge thank you to Sean on service reception who went above and beyond today to help me sort out a problem I had with my locking wheel nuts after a few weeks of going backwards and forwards trying to sort this out. It is just a shame that not all advice given by Vauxhall staff between Luton and Milton Keynes was the same as this caused much frustration and confusion but yes a massive thank you to Sean who helped me sort it swiftly in the end.
