I own mamas play - an elevated play place - and wanted a custom climbing structure that was really special, different, and chic. From my very first email with Marie long ago, fast forward to now where people are knocking down my doors to get to this dreamy play structure they built for my business, TigerPlay’s design, production and installation process has been REMARKABLE. They answer you right away. They care what you think. They value your input. They go out of their way to do an extraordinary job. Their craftsmanship is stellar. Their staff is kind. Their products are safe, sturdy, bespoke, beautiful and unique. They are professional, personal, polite and make the whole process easy. Customers in my space lose their sh!t when they see what they’ve built for me! Ian and his team were amazing. They are the absolute best and have given me the piece de resistance for my business. We own a small family-run play café in Twickenham and, following an horrendous experience with our previous play frame provider, we decided to ask Tiger Play to design and install a new set of frames for our centre.

They were incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process and we were thrilled with the end product. They worked to the deadlines that we asked of them and everyone who we came across from the company was polite, kind and professional - the complete opposite of the previous company that we used.

The best company we have used
Having setup our soft play business 5 years ago and used different companies, Tiger play was certainly the best by far.
There customer relations was unbelievable they came out to us to make sure we were happy with every stage of the build.
The design process was easy and they adjusted the design even after i was being a pain and changed my mind several times.(more the wife than me)
The quality of material used for our play frame was exceptional not like some of the stuff other companies used.
They went beyond there job and even helped out repairing some of the other equipment for us.
The staff were very friendly especially good around our customers using the play center.
If anyone was going to setup a soft play company or needed any equipment, help or advice this is the company to go too.

I have dealt with Ian, Dan, Barney and the team for over 10 years now and that is a good indication of how I/we feel about them. They installed some quality equipment for us a decade ago which is still going strong (customers are still often amazed that it's not brand new). The lead up to the installation was faultless and stressfree - the installation itself really quick and efficient and the aftercare service (a relationship rather than just a business transaction) terrific. I would and will use them for every project where possible. (As a comparison, I visited a softplay recently that had sourced their equipment from abroad for a very low price. After just two years it was showing signs of needing to be replaced).

Very unimpressed with this company. Contacted them to help build and install a new play cafe for us. All communication was poor and late. Assured me that it could be installed for Xmas then told me they couldn’t do it as they had taken on bigger jobs. Complained to the MD who at first was apologetic and promised me a call back the following day with an update. He never called me back and has been avoiding my emails ever since. This is no way for a professional company to operate. Luckily I have found another company who have been the complete opposite and are incredibly professional and honest about what they can and can’t do. If you are a small business I would be very vary about using Tiger Play.
