I approached timeless tube on the german version of their website with a request for a project as a layperson.
Not only did the team not have any issue with my german request, but the expertise, knowledge and service even at a very early stage of the enquiry was flawless. They managed to come up with the specifics required to perform the project from only rudimentary drawings and sketches of mine.
