During recent expansion of our Lincs Business we required a new warehouse to be built. After receiving some really positive feedback from other local businesses who had worked with Timmins, I decided to work with them. The whole process was pain free and extremely well managed on Timmins' part. I gave them the architects/structural engineers plans and they did the rest. Delivered the whole project within 5% or less of the original quote. I would certainly work with them again if another build project came up - I would also recommend them to anybody looking for commercial construction. Great communication from everybody and a very pleasant and considerate team on site throughout. 5 stars!
