Went to the blyth /asda branch/hut.
Very helpful staff. Lee was especially helpful in my endeavour to replace my elderly mothers sentimentality important watch battery.
I rang ahead of my visit to make sure they had the correct one in stock, thus it made it a 4min job. We have used this site on previous occasions and found the service very helpful and friendly.
I would recommend it to all.?

Pass the place regularly, went in and saw the prices, walked out. Maybe they raise prices because of the location and they have no competition on a supermarket site. It's no wonder many people throw things away rather than get them repaired. As such very much not an environmentally friendly site.

Fantastic little shop this! The guy who works there, Lee is an absolute gem. Been there quite a few times now for watch repairs and keys cut. First class job every time. Keep up the good work Timpsons ?

Nice friendly service from a man who really knows how to repair boots.
He repaired mine today free of charge after the heel that was repaired at the Morpeth Timpsons fell off after a couple of short walks. I must say that the new heel has been fitted 100% better than the last one.
I can honestly recommend this business and I know that I will be going there for all my future repairs.

Nice polite service, but expensive for shoe repairs and dry cleaning. The cost of duvet and pillow cleaning not cost effective, might as well buy new ones.
