I recently accompanied a friend to the TLScontact Maidstone UKVCAS Service Point to submit some documents. Overall, the experience was quite positive due to the helpfulness of most staff members. The English ladies were particularly friendly, helpful and accommodating, making the process smoother.
However, I did encounter a dark-haired foreign lady who sounded Eastern European whose attitude was less than pleasant. She came across as rude and seemed to think she was above everyone else, which was off-putting. Thankfully, the black gentleman and lady who guided us were very supportive and made up for that negative interaction. It’s a mixed bag, but the majority of the staff were great!

Had booked a paid prime appointment for 5:15 pm. The doors were locked but there was directions on how to call the staff pasted on the door. Tried calling 20 times and no response. Was standing outside in the rain for almost half hour with my elderly grandfather. The UKVCAS didn’t open the door. It was a random person from a different business who opened the door so we had to let ourselves in. Same thing happened when we got to the first floor. Door locked yet again. Only opened because a gentleman who was done with his appointment was walking out. No staff at all to coordinate such an important appointment. There was a queue after we got inside so no one was actually being seen on the appointment time. The staff who did the biometrics were nice and helpful. But the lack of coordination and having my grandfather stand outside for almost half hour in the cold and rain was very unpleasant.

I recently visited this center for biometric of my 2 kids on Saturday with Prime appointment. The service was up to the mark from the point of first contact.
Parking is available and you need to provide your car reg no. at the entrance of the building so that they can put in the system.
Office is on the 1st floor and the staff on the ground floor guided us to the office on 1st floor

Happy with the ladies dealing in the office as well.

It was worth traveling from London to this beautiful city.
Overall, really satisfied and hope that they will continue the good work.
