Planning on visiting my Sister and her family in Germany this June but looks like there is no hope with this company. Need to close and bring back applying on the Embassy. Been 2 weeks checking for appointments but it shows blank and no appointments available. If you refresh it will lock your account and will need to wait 24 hours to be able to check again. Why don't you just tell us that the appointment has a payment and who should we look for to be able to book an appointment. Seems like a good business

The office environment fostered a sense of efficiency and calm. The staff's cooperative nature contributed significantly to a positive experience. Smooth operations ensured a seamless and productive appointment. Every aspect of the visit seemed carefully considered for optimal patient care. This level of professionalism reflects a commitment to excellence.

This institution is definitely bad, as they were fraudulent. I booked an appointment on Apr 25, 2025. Then I requested to cancel the appointment online due to time conflict. That was Apr 16.
I didn't get any reply from them until Apr 22 and they told me the service fee is only refundable to request the cancellation before 3 days of the appointment. It is obvious that the delay was caused by them as my request was sent 9 days ago before the appointement date with receiving their confirmation mail. Then they don't reply to my mail at all.
In this context, they can never refund as they can always reply to customers' request swithin 3 days of the appointment date. If they are really poor and demand money, please be like a beggar with good attitudes. Hope any staff or this garbage company can see my comment.

If I could leave this place minus stars I would.
I've been trying for 3 months for an appointment. I just get told to keep trying. Now apparently if you keep trying the website locks you out.
So I call again
Told to Leave it 24 hours. Tried that, now leave it for 36 hours. Website says try in an hour, which is it ?
How on earth can I get an appointment if I have to leave it days without trying.
The call centre staff are useless. Noone replies to any email.
Absolute joke of a company to deal with. Can't see us even being able to go on holiday which you have to pay for upfront before you get a biometrics. Total con
Edited
It's now April been trying since January , we are due to go in May still zero appointments and I'm checking every day.
What's interesting is how quickly someone replies to Google reviews but takes weeks to reply to emails with a copy & pasted answer that literally answers nothing and us no help whatsoever.

I can’t even begin to describe how horrendous my experience with TLScontact France has been. I’ve been trying for over 1 week to get an appointment, and the appointment screen is always blank—constantly searching for available slots with no luck. And now, apparently, if you try too many times, the website locks you out completely. How is this even acceptable?
I call customer care, desperately seeking help, and they tell me to wait 24 hours. Fine, I do that. Then they change it to “wait 36 hours.” The website then tells me to try again in an hour. What is going on here? This is absolutely ridiculous—I've never encountered a system this broken or a company this deceptive. How in the world am I supposed to get an appointment when I’m forced to wait days in between attempts? This is not just frustrating; it's a scam.
The call centre staff? Completely useless. All they know how to say is "wait, wait." What does that even mean? Am I supposed to wait until my holiday date? The lack of clarity and support is mind-boggling. I’m now being forced to cancel my visa application and, on top of that, I have non-refundable flights and hotels booked. I’m at my wit’s end.
It’s a total scam, and I wouldn’t trust them with anything. Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs.

Avoid TLS in Manchester – Unprofessional and Bureaucratic Nightmare
You need the patience of a monk to deal with these people. I’ve now had to visit this place four times and every single time has been a disaster.
Absolutely terrible service and unnecessarily bureaucratic. The staff here are unbelievably rude and make the entire process feel hostile and unwelcoming. Every visit felt like I was checking into a prison rather than simply applying for a visa.
On my first visit, I was turned away. I was late due to traffic and parking issues, and instead of being met with any understanding, I was spoken to in a condescending and unhelpful manner. I was told I “should have come earlier” or “taken the train”—completely dismissing the fact that I had traveled nearly two hours and faced unexpected delays. Instead of offering solutions, the staff seemed more interested in making the situation worse. At one point, I could have sworn the man at the desk laughed/scoffed at me when I asked what I should do next, but I was already so stressed that I doubted myself. I had no choice but to rebook, even though I needed my visa urgently for work.
When I finally managed to attend my next appointment, the experience remained just as unpleasant. The atmosphere was unnecessarily tense, and most staff seemed to go out of their way to be unhelpful. Their attitude made the process feel overwhelming and put me on edge.
The worst part was when I had to collect my passport. I traveled again, on company’s time, only to be turned away because collections don’t open until 1 PM. This was never communicated to me—not in person, not in an email. When I explained this, I was dismissed without any concern. I was told last time I visited that I could “just turn up” and collect my passport, yet this turned out to be incorrect. The staff’s attitude was once again rude and unprofessional, and I even witnessed one of them arguing with a couple in front of me in the queue. Clearly, I wasn’t the only one having a bad experience that day.
To make things even more absurd, when I finally received my passport in a yellow envelope, I tried to open it right there to check that my passport was inside. Immediately, a staff member told me off and said I wasn’t allowed to open it until I had gone downstairs. No valid reason was given—just another example of their pointless and frustrating bureaucracy. It’s MY passport, and I had every right to check it on the spot to ensure everything was correct. This sums up the entire experience, unnecessary rules that serve no purpose other than to make an already stressful process even worse. Yet again, the staff were rude, and one of the security staff was literally sleeping on the job. Make it make sense.

I appreciate the reply despite the fact it’s a copy/paste job. But hey that’s okay its a Friday! I don’t need to waste any more time complaining to “care” support. I’ve decided to let it go. I do feel bad for these people because i’d absolutely hate my life if I worked here but Alhamdullilah I’ve got a decent job. So I do forgive and forget.
But here is something I hope people working at this TLS realise:
Though it may seem obvious, never treat anyone badly, as the impact of causing someone emotional distress will inevitably come back to you. I pray you all find happiness in your work because there is a sadness in these people and I felt it each time I had to walk through those automatic doors 🤣. Everyone coming into your building is in need of your service and is coming to you for help. That’s a privilege, you’re customer-facing and you see the direct positive impact you have on people. Without customers needing visas you wouldn’t be operating so be thankful. I urge you to hire better security, especially the man who was SLEEPING near the security scanner and laughed at me when I was distressed for being late. He clearly dislikes his job. Your security is unprofessional and not intimidating in a respectable way.
Also apologies for sticking my middle finger at your building as I left yesterday. No hate just shade. 🫶

Anficha is incredibly beautiful and has such a warm and gentle aura that makes you feel comfortable right away!
She handled all the paperwork super quickly with great professionalism and efficiency, and she was very patient throughout the process.
It was such a pleasure talking with her — I feel so lucky to have met such a beautiful and outstanding visa officer!
Thank you so much, Anficha, for making this experience so wonderful!

I want to express my frustration regarding my recent experience with tls Manchester during my passport collection. I unknowingly printed a a very similar document which he didn’t accepted straight always and ordered me in a horrible bossy tone to go downstairs and make a print out of the original document that was with me when I went there for collection.
I requested him to please make a photocopy here as they did during my previous visit while making a application.
I am so so disappointed and concerned of this TLS officer particularly because of his customer service skills and it was not with me only I observed his attitude towards other customers too and I requested him to please give his name that he denied straight away. I do acknowledge the manager who assisted me in a polite way though I was attended by a decent person at-least though I got to went downstairs and get the printout from the next door.
Additionally, I urge you to address these serious customer service issues to prevent similar experiences in the future.
