I can not give the service I received at Toolstation Longwell Green enough credit. Sophie, the assistant who served me was very professional, polite and very knowledgable about the trade I work in. I would highly recommend this as the go to store to purchase your goods. Outstanding. Thank you

Online systems say they have stock, travel to pick up item. The staff confirm they have the stock. When they go to pick the item they in fact don't have it in stock. Bath also showing item in stock but a phone call revealed they too did not have the item.

A mornings time and petrol wasted.

Would normally use Screwfix but for this specific item forced to try and do business with Toolstation.
But cost me.

Amazing service, my husband asked me to pop to tool station to get some pipping, I had no clue what to get, but a lovely guy called George, was able to assist me and gave me the help I needed. So nice to have a friendly face and smile. Thanks George

Very similar to Screwfix, good range of products, fairly priced. Had to update review as drinks machine is unlikely to ever come back but this is obviously not the stores fault.
