Love this Toolstation, not sure on their names but the two guys that are usually working in here a super helpful and really friendly.

Place is always clean and welcoming, carries a great stock level and always on hand with advice. I often find that toolstation is cheaper than screwfix too.

I think because of this units location or its age means that its often not busy either, if you do click and collect you can be in there less than a minute too.

Have been using this store for the last year during a house extension and every trip is easy. Well stocked, polite and efficient staff. Well run. Had an issue with a product recently and was dealt with pragmatically by Steve which adds again to my reason for coming back.

The service was outstanding. From the time I placed my order to receiving a confirmation email stating my order was ready was about 5 minutes. I then drove to the Chippenham shop and had my goods within 1/2 an hour. The staff were most helpful and the price of the product was excellent.

The staff here are very polite and efficient and always work in a very professional manner. A young lad named dale who works there is always helpful and friendly and makes me feel welcome when I pop in. Great team would deffo recommend

I have been visiting Toolstation Chippenham for a few years now, their customer service is second to none and the staff are polite, well presented and efficient. The manager Steve is extremely knowledgeable, the other staff Nicky, Martin, Paul, Kieren and the girls are a credit to them. Parts to order arrive quickly but they usually have most things in stock. Lock down has been a slick operation for them and I have been very impressed. I also received a Christmas card last year and a beer! This is a branch you can rely on 10/10.
