My plumber ordered a 40mm part online. I went to collect it and the staff gave me the wrong size at 32mm. I returned it and politly said it was the wrong size, but he kept referring to the receipt and what i ordered whithout listening to me thati had been given the wrong size. After a few minutes the worker finally went and got another, put them both in my face and said they are the same, when i pointed out that the new one he got was actually bigger, he laughed and said oh okay. I believe this is because im a young girl. I was polite when i took the incorrect part back, it shouldnt be so difficult.

Went there to buy some stuff , the guy was so rude , was not interested to help . Any question I asked he just ignored. Bad customer service , (Joseph T ) is the guy name . He at the end gave me the wrong item. I had to return to another branch . Tools stations staff are normally friendly and helpful . He is 100% in a wrong job.

Just been to this tool station and got assisted by the very friendly and helpful Jack. Two smashing lads on the counter, very cheerful and helped me get exactly what I need. Great place!! Clean tidy packed full of stock.

The man in there gave me the wrong product and has caused massive problems for me I brought power steering fluid but gave me dot 4 brake fluid absolutely disheartening as it is now in my car

Decided to get the option of pick-up at the store, and when I got there, everything went smoothly, the service was quick, everything I got was in a good condition, the store by itself was neat and tidy. Great experience, I will come back.
