I've have just been to the toolstation in dunstable and I must say you have a young member of staff called Peter. He is such a helpful cheerful person that goes beyond his job role to help young older generation I'm a 70year old female and wanted to purchase a wheelbarrow but you have to construct them yourself which made me reconsider purchasing one. But Peter offered to construct it for me as I was your only customer at that time so I made the purchase and I am over the moon with the fantastic service this young man provided for you. I hope you give him praise for his kindness and loyalty to your company 🙏 💛

Ordered 2 light fittings on click and collect tomorrow, ordered Thursday, nothing heard. Looked at 5.30pm Friday, as the store is open until 8pm, show delivered to Mr Lee - whoever he is, but they are stacked in a corner of what looks like a store! Tried calling and they are only open Mon - Friday 9-5 absolutely no use at all.

My recent experiences at this store have not been good at all. Ordered a box of batteries, they all turned out duds. Box ended up in the bin.

Ordered a chrome towel rail. Was given a white one rather than the chrome.. Had to do a 12 mile round trip to get this sorted. Yeah I should have checked, but it was the young lad responsible to ensure he gave me the correct item not any ramdom radiator.

I've never experienced these kinds of issues at screwfix. Really poor service from tool station which has put me off.

I came in the other day, got served by a lady called Khloe, ( I think her name is) I was completely clueless but she helped me find what I needed. She’s a very polite happy young lady and very friendly. Definitely recommend this store and I will be definetly returning !

Staff was v helpful and professional. Khole at the centre, spent good time with me searching for what perfect tools I need to finish my shed.
This store is good, everything is easy to find, if not staff is v kind to help you out.

I was visiting from the USA. Was in need of some help with in the DIY department. Had a young man help me. His name was Craig. Much better service then here in Ft. Lauderdale. All we have is Home Depot. Can never find anyone to help. Excellent service

Best place for bits & bobs. Excellent place for tradesman as Tool station have more bits & bobs then other stores. Most of the industrial parks they are new other hardware stores.
