Stock levels are consistently really bad, more like the back of a trademans van than a hardware supplier. They reply below but I have given feedback before to head office and they have done absolutely nothing in the last few years to improve things.
That reply is just there to make them appear interested.

I have been using Toolstation since they opened in Guildford. I am a local to Guildford. I am a general builder. I always find this branch to have very good stock levels. (If not it’s pretty much there next working morning). I also find the staff friendly and helpful. Sometimes before I even get into the store they have my click and collect ready to pick up. Well done guys and girls. Keep up the good work

Always helpful.. people get them confused with b&q.. Toolstation is there to hand you the tools you've purchased.. unlike b&q they only have a limited amount of time and staff to help you, if you don't know what is best for the job, Go to b&q and they have plenty more staff to help and guide you..give Toolstation a break, long hours and annoying customers!!

I'm fed up with the way they treat customers. I have seen a good improvement for the last couple of months but today at 14:37 there was a guy serving and was so rude. He doesn't represent toolstation at all. He said to me if you don't have the code I can't help and have no time to look for what you need. Seriously this guy's attitude has to be reviewed. Yes I would like to shop from here but I want to see some welcoming and positive face from this guy.
