Visited the store today with a friend decided while i was there to enquire about some drills which they had and good price so no complaints and agreed to buy them. From this point forward what an appalling service. First the attendant asked for my post code then surname i declined after a few seconds thought not wanting to have yet more marketing nonsense arriving in the mail, this didnt satisfy him and he claimed he would turn it off so i wouldnt recieve any( proving it was marketing nonsense). I declined explaining it was marketing b/s and prefer just to pay to be met with a request to donate to charity !. I said i didnt want to and he rudely said JUST PRESS NO. What a rude person the shop has good reviews on the whole let down by his manner . As for the drills sadly a couple of birthday candles would have been a better option ..

Toolstation is very helpful friendly staff always have what I need if they don't Toolstation always offer a next day delivery which is great the customer service is amazing highly recommend Toolstation.

Fantastic customer service received this morning. The lady who dealt with my two orders to collect was efficient, quick and helpful.
The man who carried the large radiator I'd ordered to the car was friendly, asked where best to place in in the boot etc.
From entering the store to being back in my car was less than 2 minutes.

Popped into Toolstation in Launceston to buy a new lawnmower (last one had just given up the ghost!) to be served by Debby, who was extremely helpful. Not only did she help with our purchases (bought a new extension cable as well), but helped carry the mower out to the car too.

Brilliant customer service, I went in without pre-ordering with a broken plumbing part in my hand (isolator valve) and the lady behind the counter didn't stop checking it against various products of the same type in the stock room until she found exactly the right shape and size part with the right fittings on. So That's a very happy me 🙂 and it was all for a £3 part so no big profit to be made there. Will definitely be using them again
