This is the second Toolstation store that I have visited. Its worse than the Leek store ! Ashley who I believe is the manager of this store was very unhelpful and abruptly sent me to the catalogue section. No advice was given when I asked regarding the product I needed. I don't appreciate being shouted at and belittled in public. Suffice to say I shall not be returning.

I have been to many many Toolstation as well as the alternatives but I can honestly say this one stands out for the friendliness of the staff…feels like I have known them for over 30 years with how well I was treated during my visit…nothing was too much trouble and their staff were very insightful when I asked questions…two words…will be back.

Came in at 7:30 on a Friday night, with little to zero knowledge re plumbing and with a second hand washing machine to be fitted that evening. Jason was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Got the parts I needed and was on my way. Excellent customer service

The website is not working for orders and my 5 star review is based on being able to click and collect.
Getting 502 gateway error and page expired due to inactivity when I try to log in.
Seems to be an issue with cookies.
I have cleared them on my phone and pc but site won't let me log in.
Shame was 5 star now 1 star.
Fix your site please.
