I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. My next-day delivery turned into a two-day wait with no update—no text, no communication to let me know the items had arrived.

When I came in to check, I said hello to the staff. Both looked at me and said nothing, despite clearly hearing me. I had to repeat myself just to get acknowledged. That kind of dismissive attitude is unprofessional and completely unacceptable.

This experience reflects very poorly on your customer service. I expect better, and I hope this is addressed.

Went in to collect a click and collect order having received confirmation it was ready. They couldn't find it and it was the last one in stock. Absolute time wasters.

Came in to the chadderton branch with a list full and a scrambled brain, i was met with the best customer service and support I can’t talk the manager Chris up enough had brilliant service when i dealt with him in ashton and is extremely knowledgeable now in chadderton. Thankyou and keep it up!

Came in today as i bought a new washing Machine else where and wasnt supplied the spanner needed to remove the transportation bolts so I nipped to tool station to purchase one. I was highly irritated when i was greeted with a very cold ‘welcome’ but definitely wouldn't even call it a welcome from a worker who clearly didn’t want to be there and had no intention of helping me find the correct tools needed for the job as I was clearly worried I would get the wrong tools. Very unhelpful and had a very displeasing face on her the whole time i was there. Terrible customer service and customer mannor. Thanks Umme for showing me where NOT to shop for tools again.

I needed a few things at the last minute and came in with three minutes to spare till closing. I was served by Sue with brilliant customer service and even though it was late in the day she had a smile and wasted no time in retrieving my order. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this branch and given they treated me so well on a Sunday evening when other places would say they’re closed, I felt the need to share my experience 🙂

Served by Leigh-Anne, a polite and helpful member of staff. She had great knowledge of tools and helped me find what I needed very quickly. Fantastic store with a friendly member of staff, highly recommended. I will be back to shop here again.
