Top Grade Build were appointed to do a complete start to finish single storey extension in 2 phases due to me changing my mind so we had to get planning permission for the second phase. They build an office/second reception room, ensuite and a drive. Amazing work, super friendly and extremely professional through out. Kamil, Chris and the rest of the team were instrumental with care and attention to details which is rare, great with coming up with ingenious ideas to fulfil our need. Top Grade have recently completed a shell-only, ground floor extension to our home that will become our daughter’s bedroom. Kamil, Chris and their team made the process easy from start to finish. The initial quote was simple and working through what we wouldn’t need was good experience as we were working to a budget that they were sympathetic of. No teeth-sucking or shaking of heads here and you are put at ease that there will be a solution to any issue that may arise but in a very straight-talking manner; no nonsense. They were extremely personable and courteous and were the only building company who were genuinely interested about what we were doing with the space even beyond their remit. They started on the date they said they would and allayed any initial anxiety I had about builders quickly. Towards the end of the work, the guys were more than happy to help with a couple of additional jobs and did so with professionalism and accuracy. They have an easy-going but extremely hard working team and it was a pleasure to see them every day during the project. The guys always tidied up at the end of the day. Romek in particular was incredibly diligent in every brick he laid, resulting in an extremely professional job that we are looking forward to completing. We have stayed in touch with the guys and hope to use them again in future.

Cris and Kamil are great team. Their work is always professional and of a very high standard. They clean as they carry out the work and have always been very reliable. They have helped with plumbing, decorating and carpentry, as well as extending my kitchen workspace.
