Excellent service received on Christmas Eve for a password reset issue. The technician was incredibly prompt and professional, providing clear instructions throughout. Despite it being a holiday, they showed great patience and solved my problem in under 15 minutes. We have now worked with Total Group in excess of 4 yours. It was a tough decision to move from in house to external support. Not one, ever regretted. The team at Total Group are always responsive and supportive in fixing any issues we have. They fully understand our infrastructure having built it with us over the years and are patient in user support. Not always easy for none IT staff to seek advice and provide the correct information for the engineers, so this is very important. An additional element of the relationship is the quarterly IT reviews which offer a great opportunity to plan the IT strategy for our business. Over the four years Nathan and the team have been instrumental in developing our IT policy, implementing GDPR, Cyber Essentials and ensuring we have a robust and reliable infrastructure that is resilient to attack. The current COVID crisis has seen a seamless switch for us to home working as through planning and strategy driven by TG, we were perfectly positioned and ready with a flexible system. It is a partnership and you need to take on board advice and guidance provided, but the end result is an excellent IT solution, fit for purpose, supported and strategically positioned to cope with an ever changing business environment. We could not have done this in house.
