Didn't realise this was an online only shop so called in with my daughter for something specific. The guy (assuming owner) said they not open to the public generally but as we knew what we wanted he let us in. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend

Very poor customer service. My 97 yr. old mother still is able and loves to bead. She ordered a small package of beads and she was charged 40.00 for shipping. Details of her order were not clear, and the shipping charge were not in English. Going forward I will assist her with any on-line ordering. However, I did reach out to totally beads to request some assistance with the shipping charges. They refused and that is shameful. My mother is on a fixed income with some dementia, no compassion and no understanding from this company. Buyers beware!!!!!
