Terrible, full with racist people.
I had my assembly assessment, I passed everything without any mistakes with the time frame or all 3 stages, so I was almost certain I have the job, but not I don't because I've been very fast!
If i finished out of the timeframe I bet they would said, you don't pass because you are too slow.
In general I think is a job primarily for British citizen, not for EU members.

Work you to death and then add compulsory overtime at last minute. Was only trained up to move side panels with a air hoist . Got carpal tunnel syndrome after working here for 3 weeks doing repetitive job over 600 times a shift . Contact terminated after sick note handed in

Avoid like the plague. Timed runs no excuses for running late... question your professionalism. That should have drivers mates on the runs but don't. I had to sign 240 manifests for 3 pickups about 18 pallets of goods. To determine the load against the manifest you have to look at several bits of information and then count it.

A classic company making everyone do the work of 2 people and don't even pay a fair wage for 1 persons job. But this is the state of Britain.
