Avoid !.... wasting time and money

-for 2 weeks i keep contacted them to purchase some screws/ nuts / washers etc and still waiting!
-They require to set up an account with them , had to fill out forms and had to wait for the approval
-They have a minimum order of 100£ so i had to put an order for 3000 units per item to match 120 £, and on the top of which there's an extra 10£ delivery charge separately
-They're stocks apparently are missing some items and won't give you a clear idea when they will be able to get those things

I just fed up with them and found another company without minimum order where in 3 minutes I've been able to buy 500 units per each item with 30£ and next day delivery included

Would not use this company. We ordered a quantity of 100 low head fasteners that need plating they sent 96 and said this is just a tolerance and a service level that they accept (t&c's). Apparently the platers they use are always loosing them (account for this in your ordering then), was also asked "do you understand how plating works" (Engineering Company). Offered us a credit for the missing 4. Still need the missing 4 and i was told good luck finding them. Cracking service!

To Update this, Rob UK Telemarketing Manager & Head of Location – Poole got in touch and was aghast at the above mentioned. He immediately rectified the situation. He communicated all the way through and resolved the issue. I would certainly use TR Fastenings again knowing that the company expects great service to be provided and sometimes staff can let this down. Robs response to the situation was exemplar. Requested a quote in April, they asked for my shipping address which I provided, then didn't hear from them until one of their marketing people cold called me in October. I was looking for split (cotter) pins which they dont stock at all in any size, despite listing them on their website - so I have to doubt their claim of having thousands of lines in stock if they miss this whole market segment entirely.
