Paid 28 pounds for delivery, yes it delivered on time, but the delivery man didn"t even take it into the flat, my mum went outside to meet him, he took the boiler ( around 50-60 kg weight) and wanted to leave it in the communal area on the ground floor ( we live on the first floor), my mum asked him to help her to bring it upstairs ( there is a lift that they can use for that), the guy had to be begged to at least put it in the lift. As my mum was alone, she had to carry the heavy boiler from the lift to their flat ALONE! That what means to have a delivery these days?!?!?! Horrible, not worth paying even for that delivery. This is a review not only for the company itself but for the people that are expecting to get it delivered to the DOOR and not just the communal entry door of the block.

I have been using TDL since 2016. The front counter staff will always dedicate their time to understand what you need and come up with several solutions to help solve your issue. Kevin and Sam are particularly outstanding at their job as they can visualise what you explain which makes getting parts effortless. Online sales provided excellent advice and the products are good quality with delivery being prompt and responsible. The immersion heaters provided 'free' with every copper cylinder are just the basic copper models and not appropriate for anything but soft water.
